Under the terms of your lease and acting for the landlord:

  • Invoice and collect ground rent
  • Invoice and collect insurance premiums
  • Consider requests for permissions, consents and alterations
  • Consider requests for sub-letting
  • Accept notices
  • Correspond with solicitors upon a proposed sale of a property
  • Deal with lease requirements upon the sale of a property
  • Appoint managing agents and carry out quality control

What we don’t do :

  • We can’t provide advice to anyone other than our client Landlord 
  • We don’t undertake property management tasks
